I can’t devote the time and brain cells needed to get it done, on time and on target.  If I spend 2 hours and 45 minutes on your project, that’s what you’ll be billed for…not 3 hours.  No extra charges for CD/DVD burns, document conversions, postage, phone calls, faxes or e-mails.  A lot of writers pad their invoices.
